Once you have paid, carefully package your hardware. Include your name and  contact details inside the parcel.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier such as DHL or FedEx, especially for valuable items.

Please also email sales@retrocomputersales.co.uk with your parcel details so we can keep track.

    Returning to You

When repairs are complete, your hardware will go through a double quality control check. It will then be returned using a tracked and insured shipping service.

    International Send-In Service

If you are outside the UK, you can still use our repair service. Please note the following:

You pay postage to us for repairs and any warranty work.

Import tax may apply (usually 10–20% of the repair cost). Royal Mail reduces the likelihood of this.

Always include full contact details and a phone number.

    Ordering the Service

Return postage to you is included in the service cost. However, you may still face import charges on return.

Package your hardware securely. Include your name and  contact details inside the parcel.

Do not use UPS. They are unreliable for imports to the UK. DHL or your local express courier is recommended.

Always use a tracked courier such as DHL or FedEx. Please also email sales@retrocomputersales.co.uk with your parcel details so we can keep track.

    Returning to You

Your hardware will be repaired, and tested.  Return shipping is always tracked for your safety. Delivery normally takes around one week.

    Repair Work

On arrival, your console enters our repair queue. Standard turnaround is 2–4 weeks. If you selected Expedited Repair, turnaround is usually under 1 week.

If additional work is required, we will contact you. While we cannot guarantee a fix in every case, we repair over 90% of the hardware sent to us and will always offer options where possible.
