At Retro Computer Sales Ltd, trading as Atari ST Sales we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • In its original condition

  • Complete with all original packaging and accessories

  • Not damaged or altered after delivery

Important: Each item we ship is recorded with its serial number and detailed photographs. Returned items must match these records to qualify for a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@ataristsales.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos of the item in its current condition

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will:

  • Inspect the item for damage and verify serial numbers

  • Compare it against our original records

  • Confirm eligibility

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be refused or reduced if:

  • The item is returned in a different condition than shipped

  • Serial numbers or identifying features do not match

  • Parts are missing or damaged

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as “sold as seen” or “non-returnable”

  • Custom or modified products

  • Digital goods or downloads

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
